Install TAS River for NT8

Follow the 3 steps below to begin using the TAS River indicator currently available for NinjaTrader8 only (64 bit). Other platforms coming soon. The TAS River is a distinct new stand-alone product and requires a separate membership. It is NOT included in the TAS 7-Indicator Suite product. SUBSCRIBE NOW

STEP 1: INSTALL TAS RIVER INDICATOR

Start by closing your platform. Next, install the TAS River software files by clicking the DOWNLOAD button below for your version of NinjaTrader, then follow the on-screen instructions (i.e. next, proceed). During the installation, you will also be prompted to install Microsoft C++ runtime and proceed with this. If you are prompted with a Microsoft C++ error message, it may be caused by the fact that you already have the most recent version and you may ignore it.

STEP 2: LAUNCH PAD

While using TAS Indicators, you must remain logged into our required TAS Launch Pad program. Locate the TAS logo triangle shortcut on your desktop that says “TAS Launch Pad," then click and enter your login details. You received the login via a welcome email when subscribing.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After you're logged in, you may minimize the Launch Pad program window while using the indicators but you should avoid closing it. There is a convenient option to "Remember Me" so the program retains your credentials for future login. If you accidentally logout or close the program, simply login again.

STEP 3: HOW TO IMPORT TAS RIVER (WATCH VIDEO BELOW)

After installing the indicator files to your computer, the TASRiver.zip file should be located inside the folder found at /Documents/NinjaTrader 8/bin/Custom . After logging into the TAS Launch Pad, you can restart your charting platform. Now it's time to import the TAS River indicator file into the platform. View the short video below for a quick tutorial on how to do this (Note: There is no audio on the video so you may pause as you follow along). When you're ready to add the TAS River indicator to your charts, you'll find it located alphabetically so you'll see it appear among other TAS indicators of similar name if you are using them.
